Job Description:
My clients are looking for a General Manager for their Industrial Cleaning Business
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience and qualities:
*Attentive, effective support to customers to ensure timely delivery of service promise across multi sites
*Experience in managing cleaning / facility services in a business to business environment
*Strong people leadership and management skills
*Experience managing Health & Safety
*Driven by your attention to detail and customer focus
*Be able to train, manage and motivate staff, whilst managing staff absence ensuring service levels are reliably met
*Possess good written and verbal communication skills
Experience of the following, an advantage: Cleaning, Contract Manager, Contract Management, Cleaning Manager, Area Manager, Cleaning Area Manager, Facilities Manager, Facilities Management,
The role of Area Manager offers the following:

Pay: £36,000 - £40,000 per year
