Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer – Technology Recruitment

We are currently looking for driven individuals looking to begin their career in recruitment, participating in a comprehensive apprenticeship program delivering a Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing. This exciting opportunity is open to all, from those commencing their career journey to those looking to return to work or make a complete career change.
As an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, learning how to source, engage, and manage candidates effectively. You will work alongside and be supported by experienced colleagues who will provide practical advice and lead by example. You will gain hands-on experience setting you on the path to a successful career in recruitment.
Responsibilities include:
*Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
*Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
*Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records.
*Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
*Market Research: Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends.
*Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
*Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to deliver excellent service.
*Career Growth: Work towards Senior Resourcer or 360 Consultant status.
What you will bring:
*Prior exposure to a commercial environment or work experience within a people focussed role
*A genuine interest in recruitment and the technology sector.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
*A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
*The ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and colleagues.
*A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
*A strong ethical approach to work and accountability.
*Enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Rewards:
*Enhanced apprentice starting salary of 20k, rising to £24k upon qualification
*Uncapped monthly commission with a realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) of £30k+
*Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives
*Unlimited annual leave
