Evolve is recruiting for Brand Lead to join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company specialising in dermatology products. This is a permanent role starting as a 12-month maternity cover, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position within the company after the initial term. As part of this role, you will be accountable for the development and delivery of a range of solutions that deliver value to clinical customers and patients.
This is a hybrid position working 3 days at their head office based in South Central.

Ideal Requirements for a Brand Lead
*Previous people management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
*Detailed understanding of ABPI.
*Knowledge and understanding of the modern NHS/HSE/Department of Health Ireland and how to influence it favourably.
Role Responsibilities for a Brand Lead
*Provides appropriate and timely feedback about performance and coaches team members to help them achieve their goals.
*Leads the analysis of regional and national markets to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the
*market size, segments (both customers / stakeholders and patients) and levers of future growth.
