Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join a great client in Buckinghamshire. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. Your main responsibilities will include:
*Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Human Resources, and Manufacturing, to drive project progress and resolve any issues or obstacles.
*Providing leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring accountability and fostering a positive work environment.
*Monitoring project milestones and deliverables, and implementing necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
*Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
*Preparing regular project status reports and presenting updates to senior management.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Engineering, with expertise in Procurement, Manufacturing, and Mechanical disciplines. Additionally, excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
