Key Responsibilities: *Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, overseeing complex technical matters and project deliverables from start to finish.
*Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining clear, effective communication.
*Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring consistent delivery of quality work.
*Contribute to firm-wide initiatives such as training programs and presenting new ideas or strategies.
*Identify and implement process improvements to elevate client service and enhance team efficiency.
*Maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence by driving solutions to challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Requirements: *ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualified, with relevant post-qualification experience.
*Proven experience managing a significant portfolio of audit clients.
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 (experience with IFRS and listed company audits is a plus).
*Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
*A proactive, client-oriented approach with outstanding communication skills.
