Job Description:
Role - Bid Coordinator
My client are an award winning law firm where 95% of its staff class it as a great place to work who are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors, supporting the delivery of tenders and contributing to the firm’s growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and experience in the Professional Services Industry is essential.
*Annual Salary: £27,000 to £30,000
*Location: Birmingham City Centre
*Job Type: Permanent full time
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist the Bid team in producing tenders, including completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
*Coordinate and support various elements of the bid process and drafting sections of tenders.
*Maintain and update the database and manage accounts on online tender portals.
*Conduct research on clients and markets to better understand the client base and which clients to target.
*Support the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all documents.
*Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across teams, establishing best practices and communication methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Bids, marketing or business development experience in a legal or professional services environment
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Experience with email marketing systems and CRM databases.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
*Proactive, flexible, and confident in working with internal and external stakeholders.
*The drive to develop your personal and professional goals in line with the company’s mission.
