Your new role
Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be working with the claims team to provide efficient and effective support, helping build strong relationships with clients and brokers while ensuring accurate records are created and maintained.
Main responsibilities:
*Supporting our customers through phone, email, and web chat, helping them with their queries and needs.
*Following clear steps to ensure all information is recorded and processed accurately.
*Running an efficient helpline, delivering great customer care and responding to client requests within agreed timelines.
*Building strong working relationships with both colleagues and external partners will be key to your success.
*Keeping track of claims, ensuring all records are up to date and helping the team deliver excellent service.
*Reviewing the progress of any open claims regularly.
About You
Don’t worry if you don’t have prior experience – we’ll provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. What matters most is your positive attitude, attention to detail, and the drive to contribute to the team’s success!
