Job Description:
CCP are thrilled to partner with a dynamic and rapidly expanding business experiencing exceptional growth. We’re assisting them in recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives in field sales, with employment commencing on January 20th. This is a remote role, that only requires travel within your territory. There is substantial earning potential and the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

The Opportunity:
  
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to manage, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives, helping them excel in prospecting and developing new business. With an OTE of £100,000, this role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in sales leadership.

You must live around Oxford/ Northampton/ Milton Keynes in order to be considered for this opportunity due to the area you will cover.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
*Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives, helping them achieve individual and team sales targets.
*Strategise and drive business development activities across the territory, ensuring your team successfully prospects and develops new business.
*Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to assess progress and provide support.
*Engage in face-to-face client meetings daily with your team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions.
*Support your team in negotiations and closing new business contracts.
*Act as a role model and leader, fostering a high-performance culture within your team.
  
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  
*Proven success in a field sales management role, leading a team of new business hunters.
*Strong relationship management skills, able to have difficult conversations within your team.
*A results-driven attitude, with experience in helping sales teams meet and exceed targets.
*Experience in developing underperforming teams.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming objections.
*Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
*A full UK Driving Licence.

*£60,000 basic salary.
