*A degree (or near completion) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Enthusiasm to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Previous experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
