About the Role:
Based in their modern, clean premises in Lichfield, conveniently located near train and bus connections with ample free car parking, you’ll be at the heart of operations, driving success and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this pivotal role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Serving as the go-to expert for resolving sales and technical queries across email, website, and telephone channels.
Providing essential sales admin support, from creating detailed quotes to inputting and updating orders, and advising customers on product suitability, specifications, delivery, and availability.
Taking a proactive approach by contacting lapsed accounts and managing general enquiries.
Who We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, internal sales, those who have worked on a trade counter within engineering or construction products, or a recent engineering graduate eager to make their mark in a customer-facing environment.
Knowledge of pumps, water boosting or water treatment would be an advantage but there is plenty of product training available.
