Job Description:

The Head of Procurement is responsible for overseeing the procurement activities of the company, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality services at competitive prices. This role involves strategic planning, supplier relationship management, risk management, data analysis and the continuous improvement of procurement processes. A strong focus on supply chain analysis across brands to help focus the organisation on shaping business strategy and potential areas of growth and opportunity.
You will lead a team of procurement professionals and work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
*Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement long-term procurement strategies.
*Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
*Collaboration: Excellent ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
*Integrity: Commitment to ethical procurement practices and compliance.
*Strong negotiation and contract management skills
*Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
*Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational and project management skills.
