Overview

The Client Service Leader (CSL) is responsible for supporting the office MD by leading and managing a team of account executives to achieve renewal retention targets and drive revenue growth.  By leading and managing the team effectively, implementing strategic sales initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence, the CSL will contribute to the growth and profitability of the office, Region and ultimately the North division achieve its targets.

How you’ll make an impact

*Strong renewal retention and support branch growth
*Implement and hold regular 1-2-1’s with AE’s focusing on client activities, regular client touchpoints, driving growth opportunities, PRISM’s, timelines etc and how the AE’s meet with and present to clients.
*Seek to guarantee client engagement is structured, organised and executed regularly.  Build momentum, maintaining constant focus and avoiding slumps all achieved in a safe and positive environment.
*Utilise Gallagher sales tools to track and report on success with the supply of data which is a critical part of the rhythm of the branch.  Strong advocate of the acturis new for existing recording to drive opportunities to be converted
*Through early goal setting and measurement of performance of AE’s renewal and growth numbers along with intervention to support colleagues who are struggling with aspects of their goals by coaching and leadership
*Strong, effective and timely activity on the vulnerable client register and reporting to ensure losses are limited by arranging for a team to support where needed

About You

*CII Accreditations preferred.
*Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
*Strong operational service delivery management expertise, encompassing people, process, and technology.
*Demonstrated success in designing and implementing service strategies.
*Prior experience leading teams in an operational service delivery or shared services environment, ideally within a matrix structure.
*Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
*Eligibility to work in the UK.
