Business Development Manager

*Salary: £50,000+ per annum (dependent on experience) with a competitive commission package.

*Flexibility: After initial training, work remotely with occasional visits to their Gloucester office.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
*Close sales deals with telecommunications network operators.
*Represent them at industry events and conferences to promote their brand and solutions.
*Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
*Develop and present sales forecasts, strategies, and outcomes to senior management.
*Lead tender application processes and deliver compelling sales presentations.
What They’re Looking For
*A proactive, forward-thinking sales professional with a proven track record in business development.
*Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
*Solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
*Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet ambitious targets.
*Comprehensive understanding of telecommunications products and market competition.
*Familiarity with telecoms industry trends and standards.
Desirable Experience
*5+ years in the telecoms sector.
*Qualifications in business management, marketing, or sales.
*Leadership and management experience.
