What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing classroom support in literacy, numeracy, and other key learning areas.
*Supporting pupils with emotional, physical, and academic needs, including those with special educational needs.
*Monitoring and contributing to the progress of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Helping organize and maintain the learning environment, including preparing materials.
*Assisting with behavior management and fostering a safe, encouraging atmosphere.
*Supervising children during break times, assemblies, and school trips.
*Potentially running breakfast or after-school clubs to enrich the school community.
About You
*Be able to do the job as described.
*Have experience or confidence working across the primary age range.
*Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to engage children in these areas.
*Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Be calm, flexible, and able to build meaningful relationships with children and staff.
