Role Responsibilities
*Leading and managing internal audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio
*Ensuring the effectiveness of clients’ risk management processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls
*Developing and delivering tailored audit plans, providing valuable insights and recommendations
*Mentoring and supporting junior team members to deliver exceptional client service
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Candidate Requirements
*A relevant qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
*Significant experience in internal audit within a practice environment
*Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide and inspire junior team members
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships
*A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
