Based in Wiltshire, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the company’s eCommerce strategy, driving growth and delivering an exceptional online experience for customers worldwide.
About the Role
As the eCommerce Manager, you will take ownership of the company’s D2C strategy, with Shopify as the primary platform, driving online sales and optimizing the customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This standalone role empowers you to develop and implement growth-driven strategies, manage product listings and pricing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and IT to ensure seamless operations. A key focus will be expanding the company’s social commerce efforts through engaging content and innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales. In addition to managing and optimizing the Shopify store, you will create targeted online campaigns, analyze consumer sales data to identify growth opportunities, and monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the company competitive and innovative.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Analytical skills are essential to interpret sales data and consumer feedback, generating actionable insights to drive growth. Familiarity with social commerce practices and the ability to create engaging content to boost direct sales will be highly valuable. Additionally, excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive, self-motivated approach, will ensure success in this role.
