Randstad Education is working with two primary schools in Huyton to provide essential 1:1 support for children within the EYFS framework. We are seeking caring, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team immediately. This term-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a child’s growth, with potential for a permanent position within the school.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide dedicated 1:1 support to EYFS children, fostering their development and learning.
*Work with children with varying needs, including SEN and developmental delays.
*Help deliver lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
*Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
*Assist in behaviour management and promote positive social interactions.
*Be patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children’s individual needs.
*Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Be available for an immediate start.
