RG consultancy are working with a SME based in Bradford who are looking for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a small accounts team, and you will report directly into the financial director to assist with all aspects of the finance department.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Bank and accounts reconciliations
*Processing high volume invoices
*Weekly payment runs
*Matching and coding invoices
*Reconcile company credit cards
*Assisting with month end including some management accounts, accruals and prepayments.
*Cash flow management
*VAT returns
*Processing staff expenses
*Some administrative duties such as; answering the phone, filing invoices and more
The Candidate:
*Knowledge of Excel, Share-Point and Sage these all desirable but not essential.
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
