My client is a large housing association based in Birmingham who are looking for an Administrator to join their team either on a part time or full time basis.
Description
*Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
*Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
*Filing and archiving
*Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
*Compiling reports
*Managing diaries for team members
*Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
*Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
Profile
*Experience as an Administrator is essential
*Great Communication skills
*Can work well in a team
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Can work in a fast paced environment
*Good attention to detail
*Can commute to Birmingham
