Loan Manager | Bridging Finance

Experience Required:
*Proven experience in collections or loan management within the financial services sector.
*Strong understanding of bridging finance products and market dynamics.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to analyse financial data and assess risk.
*Proficient in using loan management systems and MS Office Suite.
The Role:
The Loan Manager will oversee the management and recovery of our clients bridging loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting clients throughout their borrowing journey.
You will manage the collections process for overdue loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day to day responsibilities will include: *Develop strategies to minimise defaults and maximize recoveries.
*Liaise with clients to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
*Monitor and report on loan performance metrics.
*Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to assess loan recovery potential.
*Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment statuses.
