We are currently working with a large multinational company who are looking to recruit a Billing Assistant into their team on a permanent basis! If you want to join a forward-thinking organisation - this could be the role for you!
Your new role will include;
*Working closely with the e-billing and finance teams to provide a seamless billing experience.
*Conducting regular WIP reviews to ensure prompt billing and financial hygiene.
*Supporting strategic growth by automating processes and resolving rejections.
*Maintain ledger financial hygiene (write-offs, transfers, BTK amends).
*Ensure bills are raised in line with client protocols.
*Resolve e-billing rejections.
Experience working in a similar role is essential whilst managing WIP and disbursement, maintaining ledgers, and resolving e-billing queries and rejections. You will be someone who is flexible, time-efficient and has good communication skills.
