Corporate and Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive - Essex
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive based in Chelmsford, Essex. Working on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible/ hybrid working, the successful Corporate and Commercial Solicitor will work as part of an established team managing a diverse caseload.
The role
*Managing a caseload of Corporate and commercial matters from their instruction
*Assisting clients with a diverse range of matters, including but not limited to business start ups, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and partnership agreements,
*Working to support the growth of a successful commercial department
*Working alongside the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
*Business development - working with the rest of the team to develop new opportunities and communicating our message to attract new clients

*Previous experience in a similar role
*Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive offering at least four years PQE in Corporate and Commercial matters
*Experience in management and business development is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
*Experience in M&As, corporate deals, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, financing and general commercial work
*Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, articulate and welcoming
