Our client offers unique luxury travel experiences, partnering with top-tier hotels and resorts worldwide. They provide comprehensive travel planning and personalized itineraries, ensuring a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for families
Are you looking for an exciting role in a growing travel business? You will manage concierge tasks, enhance customer experiences, and ensure seamless travel for clients.
Concierge Executive - what will I be doing ?
*Provide outstanding customer service and manage client relationships
*Act as the main contact for customers, responding to enquiries and all sorts of different requests
*Oversee all travel arrangements for a smooth client experience
*Collaborate with luxury travel suppliers to enhance services
*Stay updated on hotels, dining, and attractions
*Handle flight check-ins, health forms, transfers, and bookings
Concierge Executive - What experience do I need ?
*Perhaps you have previously worked as a PA ? Or a Travel Consultant ? Or in events? The main criteria is that you are used to dealing with high -end clients and are incredibly organised.
*Experience in luxury customer service or sales is beneficial
*Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
*Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Accurate data entry and strong IT skills

Concierge Executive - What else do I need to now?
This is a really exciting and fun team to be part of. The pay is between £27k - £30k depending on experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 pm 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Birthday day off - Recognition awards - Social events - Trips abroad. This really is a wonderful place to work!
