Job Title: Contract Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Great Yarmouth (Onsite Role)
Rate: £140 per day - Inside IR35, umbrella only
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

In this role, you will provide high-quality desktop support to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. Your technical skills and customer-focused approach will be key to resolving issues efficiently and maintaining user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
*Support operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
*Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and remote desktop tools.
*Collaborate with the IT team to deliver effective technical solutions.
*Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Requirements: *Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
*Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS).
*Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
*Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications and remote desktop tools.
*Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
*Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
