Overview

As a member of our benefits and HR consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients, employers of all sizes and across all industries, build workplaces that work better. You will be responsible for providing proactive and efficient administration of Corporate Group Risk and Group Healthcare schemes, delivering professional and high-quality service to clients, colleagues, and third parties.

How you’ll make an impact

*Developing internal and external relationships to provide efficient service to clients and manage their expectations
*Collaborating closely with Associate Consultants, Consultants, and insurers/product providers for new business quotations and information
*Working in a team to provide an outstanding administration service to internal and external clients
*Assisting with client requests, queries, and general correspondence
*Processing new business, re-brokes, scheme renewals, underwriting, and claims compliantly and profitably
*Working within specific time deadlines and service levels agreed with clients and line management
*Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in Adviser Office (CRM) & Virtual Cabinet software
*Maintaining a diary system for efficient oversight and intra-team workflow
*General office filing and maintenance
*Adhering to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including putting clients at the heart of our business

About You

*Demonstrable administration experience in Group Life assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness, and Group Healthcare
*Proven Financial Services administration experience
*Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
*Up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and regulations
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and  internal systems/databases
*Awareness of regulatory requirements for advised and non-advised sales
*Good standard of general education, including Maths and English
*CII Group Risk (GR1) and Healthcare (IF7) certifications (Desirable)
*Eligible to work in the UK
