Job Description:
Fleet Administrator - Toyota Lexus Corporate Team Oxford
Up to £26,500 per annum dependent on experience
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

As Fleet Administrator for our Oxford Corporate Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing operational processes for the FN50 and selected corporate and National accounts. Your proactive approach will create sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding customer service standards. At Group 1, you’ll not only engage with leading automotive brands like Toyota but also have the chance to shape the future of automotive retail.

What You’ll Do Day to Day:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage online portals and respond to enquiries promptly
Proactively offer alternative vehicles to maximize sales
Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports
Helpful Skills and Qualifications

Fleet experience preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Enthusiasm for automotive products and excellent IT skills
