Job Description:
Wild Recruitment are looking for an experienced vehicle technician / mechanic based in Southampton to join a well established garage with a fantastic team backing!

Duties of a mechanic required
*Performing advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, identifying complex mechanical or electrical issues, and executing high-quality repairs.
*Ensuring all work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications, conducting quality checks on completed repairs, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
*Liaising with customers to explain diagnoses, recommended repairs, and timelines, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Providing accurate repair cost estimates to customers, maintaining transparency, and ensuring correct invoicing.
*Monitoring the performance of the workshop, implementing process improvements, and reporting progress to management.
