Page Group are working with a leading B2B product distributor based in the Leeds area who are now looking for an Internal Sales Manager. This role will manage the team but will also manage a handful of assigned accounts and will operationally support the team
Description
*Manage up to 5fte Sales Administrators within a busy Customer Service / Internal Sales department
*Manage a handful of assigned Key Accounts ensuring high level of service at all times
*Drive up-sell and cross sell opportunities across the team
*Provide the team with all the information, tools and product information to be successful in their roles
*Provide the team with regular training, development and 1-2-1’s
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers
*Manage and assign order processing workload to ensure orders are processed within agreed timescales
Profile
*Experience in a similar customer service / internal sales manager role
*Management of customer accounts
*Commercially astute
*Ability to build strong working relationships both internal and external
*Customer focused approach

The role of Internal Sales Manager will join a leading distributor based on the outskirts of Leeds.
