Job description We are looking for experienced sales people to join one of our clients!
Why them?
Our client is a specialist recruitment business placing Technology candidates into Europe. This role is in their contract team finding candidates for short and long term contracts and you need to be able to multi task and think on your feet. You will be building relationships with candidates and be trained in how to identify new clients and sell your services to them.
You need to be comfortable selling over Teams and on the phone but there may also be the opportunity for some travel to Europe.
The management team are hands on and their training is world class! You will also be given a mentor to support you in your first few months.
The role comes with a competitive basic salary and an easy to understand and transparent commission scheme with no threshold.
Based in offices close to the M1 in Hemel with parking and you need to be able to drive or live very locally. Flexi time means you can have an earlier or later start/finish to suit you and they all finish at 4pm on Fridays.
