Job Description:
Base Salary - £28,000- £35,000 (Dependant on Experience)
Recruiters, do any of these situations sound a little bit too close to home?
*You’re billing really well but you’re still being hounded by your manager to send out mail shots, hit CV sent targets and do 3 hours on the phone every day.
*Managers and Directors consistently use you as a success story and tell you how well you’re doing but don’t trust you enough to work from home on the occasions you need to.
*You’ve hit every target and done everything possible short of cleaning the MD’s car to gain your promotion, but still new barriers appear.

Our client is only 30 people strong but still making waves in their space. They are looking to help experienced Recruiters, from any sector, to truly reach their potential and have fun doing it. They have an international reach from their fantastic Manchester office and will be opening offices in both Europe and North America before 2025!
What you need to know about them:
*No KPIs for KPIs sake, if they know you’re capable of doing the role they aren’t precious about hitting every metric every day.
*They still value having the team in the office and would like to want to be there too, but you can work from home where needed.
*Promotion targets, and your progress towards hitting them, are there for everybody to see, the goal posts won’t be moved.
*Amazing incentives but not everything is centred around alcohol. They’ll always listen to new ideas and ways of celebrating success.
*Huge push towards D&I and making sure equal opportunities are given.
*Health, wealth and happiness - Gym membership, top commission structure (up to 40%), mental health days.
What they need to know about you:
*Ready to immerse yourself in their working culture and live their values.
*Background of business development and consistently winning new business
*Conscientious individual who follows through on what you say you are going to do.
*History of achievement, be that in your career or personal life.
*Takes pride from working to a high standard.
