Receptionist
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm / 35 hours
London - 6 month temp contract
Up to £26,000 depending on experience
Must be able to pass financial checks

Are you looking for work at the minute? Do you have experience working within a Reception role, ideally within a Financial Services business? If so, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join one of our clients on a 6 month fixed term basis, you must have experience within a similar role and be confident in your ability to hit the ground running within a new company.

The duties of the Receptionist are:

* Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
* Greeting clients/visitors to the London reception
* Cleaning, organising and maintaining the reception area.
* Keeping basic office supplies like pens/notepads, and office brochures stocked and accessible to visitors.
* Book meetings, couriers and taxis upon request via email.
* Arrange catering for meetings and liaise with kitchen staff.
* Be responsible for the clients, taking them to the rooms, contacting the host and making sure the meeting starts in a timely fashion.
* Routinely check meeting rooms and make sure cleared and ready for the next meeting.
* Working closely with the kitchen staff, helping with client trays and lunches if required due to staffing demands
