Job Description:

You’ll work as part of this independent business where the focus on customer service is still very much alive. Perfectly suited to a Business Travel Consultant with expertise in Sabre, you’ll be the sort of person who enjoys working with clients on different time zones but continuing the top notch service they’ve come to expect.

* Booking all aspects of business travel including flights, rail, hotel, and ground transport.
* Ensuring prompt responses to calls and emails in line with Service Level Agreements.
* Issuing your own tickets, including exchanges and refunds.
* Responsible for handling the enquiry from start to finish, including searching for a range of fares (Cat35, route deals etc). .
* Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
* Handling each enquiry with a personable, calm and professional approach.
What we’re looking for:
* Great knowledge of Sabre (native) to include reissuing and ticketing
* Knowledge of technology products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Docs.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly over the phone and email with clients and suppliers.
* A creative travel mind with a skill for thinking outside the box when it comes to sourcing the best travel options for your client.
* A love of the business travel industry and working with clients who are based outside of the UK
* You’ll need to factor in UK bank holidays as part of your working week (unless booked as annual leave) but in return there is a generous holiday allowance, plus the US federal holidays.
There’s a strong starting salary inline with a Senior Business Travel Consultant position plus bonus that is paid monthly after one years service.
** Please note you’ll need to be able to commit to 2 weeks training in a London office, Mon-Fri.**
