The Role.
We’re looking for a motivated leader to take charge of Alamy’s Key Accounts team, driving growth and ensuring we maintain strong relationships with our top customers. You’ll lead by example, managing high-profile accounts while coaching the team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
Your role will involve identifying and securing new opportunities to grow revenue and market share within existing accounts. You’ll work closely with the Global Commercial Director to ensure agreements align with Alamy’s goals, while creating tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
As a confident communicator, you’ll engage with C-suite stakeholders and deliver compelling, high-quality presentations. You’ll also oversee the team’s performance, managing pipelines, refining strategies, and ensuring every customer interaction is impactful and on-brand.

About you.
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven ability to define and execute a sales strategy, achieving ambitious revenue targets while leading and inspiring a team.
You will also need:
*Demonstrated experience in managing people within a competitive commercial environment.
*A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to present and articulate solutions that deliver clear ROI.
*Proven success in securing continuous revenue growth from Key Accounts and proactively sourcing new opportunities.
*Skilled at building professional networks, establishing rapport, and gaining trust at a senior level.
*Strong presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit a diverse customer base.
*Expertise in commercial and contract negotiations, combined with the ability to influence decision-makers.
*Knowledge of customer management systems, such as Salesforce, with experience leveraging industry trends to inform business decisions.
*Familiarity with fundamental legal considerations in photography, including copyright, is beneficial but not essential.
