Your new company

Our client is on the lookout for some temporary bookkeeping support.

Your new role
This is for a short project they have commencing in January. The main purpose of the assignment will be to migrate a number of Quickbooks accounts from their desk top system onto the online equivalent.

Main duties will include:


*System migration from Quickbooks desktop to Quickbooks Online
*Statement reconciliation
*Query resolution
*Purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments
*General administration/bookkeeping duties

What you’ll need to succeed

It is essential that you have experience of using Quickbooks. You will also be available to start in January and be able to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week. Looking for an experienced bookkeeper who will be able to hit the ground running and help with the project. You will have good communication skills and be able to work within a small team/office.
