Family Law Solicitor – 7+ PQE
£55,000 - 70,000 DOE

An established and reputable practice is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor (7+ PQE) to join its highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload of high quality family law matters, in a professional and supportive environment.
The firm has a strong track record in family law, offering clients expert advice across a wide range of issues. You will manage your own caseload, providing strategic advice and representing clients in divorce, financial remedy, and private law children’s cases.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including: *Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
*Financial remedy
*Financial provision for children and separation agreements
*Cohabitation agreements
*Child arrangement cases
Key Skills and Experience:
*Significant experience in private family law, including divorce, financial remedy, and children’s matters
*Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
*A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
*Proven advocacy experience and a strong ability to handle complex matters in court
*Excellent file management skills and a focus on efficiency
*A collaborative team player with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
*A proven track record in business development and generating new client work
What We Are Looking For:
*A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE in family law
*A competent and confident practitioner with the ability to manage complex cases independently
*A client-focused professional who is proactive and committed to high standards of service
