*Based at Healthwatch Wiltshire, Independent Living Centre, St George’s Rd, Semington, BA14 6JQ, as well as working across Wiltshire and remote working

Healthwatch Wiltshire is part of TCF, a charity dedicated to building socially inclusive communities. Through regional Healthwatch services, Resettlement projects, and Lived Experience initiatives, we empower individuals to have a voice in the services they use.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Engagement Officer to deliver community-focused engagement work that brings our vision of a proactive Healthwatch service to life. From running listening events to collaborating with community groups, you’ll play a vital role in helping Healthwatch Wiltshire make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver community engagement activities, including events and outreach.
*Build strong relationships with local community groups, stakeholders, and individuals.
*Collect and analyse feedback from people using health and social care services.
*Represent Healthwatch Wiltshire at meetings and events to ensure community voices are heard.
*Support the development of creative engagement methods to reach diverse audiences.
*Produce reports and contribute to projects that influence local service improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a proactive, passionate, and effective individual who shares our commitment to making a difference in the community.
You will have:
*Experience in community engagement or outreach roles.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
*A creative approach to problem-solving and engaging communities.
*A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
