Job Description:
The HR Officer will provide comprehensive HR support in our well-established not-for-profit organisation. This role is integral to the smooth running of the Human Resources department and the wider organisation.

Description
*Delivering efficient HR administrative support across the organisation
*Assisting in the recruitment process, from job advertisement to onboarding
*Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR regulations
*Supporting the HR Manager with disciplinary and grievance procedures
*Coordinating training and development activities
*Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures
*Managing the leaver’s process and conducting exit interviews
*Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
*A degree in Human Resources or related field
*Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures
*Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Knowledge of employment law and GDPR regulations
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
