This apprenticeship gives you the chance to develop the skills needed to launch your career as a Technical Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:
The successful applicant will be a key member of the Operational team at the factory, shadowing current management roles and supporting them through compliance with our Quality, Energy and Environmental systems. This may include but is not limited to:
*Travelling to other factories and observing their systems to ensure best practise at your own factory.
*Performing quality control checks on the concrete through assessments such as density tests.Suggesting energy efficient alternatives to current processes.
*Obtaining safety measures to an excellent standard and supporting colleagues in achieving this.
*Analysing key data, such as factory performance and the efficiency of the production process.
Who We’re Looking For:
*Practical and hands-on individuals eager to gain real-world experience with a market-leading manufacturer.
*Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 4-9 (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science.
*A-levels, NVQ Level 3, or BTEC in Science, or a related field.
*A full UK driving license is advantageous, with flexibility to travel when needed
