About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*Professionally handle calls from customers and suppliers.
*Process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and communicate timelines with customers and account managers.
*Prepare quotes for spare parts and process orders efficiently.
*Manage branding requirements with external printers, warehouses, and logistics providers.
*Place purchase orders with suppliers and coordinate stock needs with the factory.
*Book and allocate stock to purchase orders.
*Collaborate with warehouses and hauliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Skills and Experience
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Experience with the SAP system (desirable).
