The Digital Solutions team supports Southdown in modernising our ways of working - improving our systems, data insights, integrations, and connectivity.
As the Senior Project Manager (Digital) you will lead and manage Southdown’s Digital Solutions Project Managers, helping to steer our projects through to successful delivery, providing guidance and direction across digital projects. You will have the opportunity to make a difference - to transform our ways of working and improve client experience.
Creating detailed project plans and documentation, you will align project resources and manage team capacity. You will manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and associated contracts.You will produce project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring project delivery and communication considers the broader organisational context and associated implications.
Who are we looking for?
You are a project manager or project team lead with significant experience in managing complex and strategic projects.You are skilled in co-production or UX research and can demonstrate a depth of knowledge in digital systems and data governance.
You are familiar with and can demonstrate delivery of projects against established frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall.A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile would be ideal alongside a technical education background, such as BSc Computer Science or a Certified Data Management Professional qualification.

The organisation is currently going through the introduction of a new Job Evaluation scheme and the salary will be increased to £41,655 per annum, effective from 1 February 2025.
