Key Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator
Process sales orders, schedule deliveries, and communicate delivery dates with customers or account managers.
Coordinate branding requirements with external printers, warehouses, and logistics providers.
Prepare quotes for spare parts and process parts orders efficiently.
Answer customer and supplier phone calls in a professional manner.
Place purchase orders with suppliers and liaise with the factory for stock requirements.
Book and allocate stock to purchase orders.
Collaborate with warehouses and hauliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Key skills for a Sales Administrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
Experience with SAP system - desirable
