Candidate Requirements *ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
*A minimum of three years’ experience in a senior audit role within practice
*Strong technical knowledge and experience managing audits end-to-end
*Excellent people management skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
*Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused approach
*The ability to work collaboratively, drive efficiencies, and deliver results
