About the Role
For my client I am seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their Information Services team on a permanent basis and contribute to the development and maintenance of their IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be proficient in a variety of IT tools and methodologies.

Skill Set
*Excellent IT skills including exposure to end user services products and technologies
*Intermediate understanding of networking and security services and datacentre technologies
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Strong diagnostic skills and a working knowledge of current technologies
*Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate technical and business concepts, ideas, opinions and conclusions
*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
*Professional certifications like MCSA/MCSE, VCP, or CCNA/CCNP would be desirable but not essential

Essential Skills
*VMware / Veem
*Firewall experience
*Cisco network experience
*Mix of server experience (2003 – 2022)
*1st, 2nd and 3rd line activities as per business requirements
