As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
*Negotiate with suppliers
*Maintain supplier relationships, by telephone and email.
*Evaluate vendor performance, and address supply issues.
*Supporting technical purchase orders by preparing related information such as request form, written approval, and quotation to ensure timely placement and delivery of goods in line with project schedule.
*Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to meet production requirements.
*Supporting company’s import and export worldwide Logistics activities including liaising with customs
*Optimise logistics processes for efficiency and cost savings.
*Work collaboratively with other teams internally.
*Recording all technical shipping and receiving details.
*Generate analysis data to support decision-making
You should be:
*Fluent in Mandarin
*A great communicator on the phone and by email
*Knowledgeable about Supply Chain / Import / Export processes

*Salary up to £32,000, dependent on experience
