A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its dynamic and professional team. The firm is known for providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Summary of the Position:
The role involves delivering an efficient dispute resolution service, managing a diverse caseload independently, and representing claimants and defendants in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be newly qualified (NQ) to 2 years PQE and will bring a proactive, client-focused approach to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including: *Landlord and tenant disputes
*Land and property actions
*Possession claims
*Debt recovery

*Conducting thorough legal research and drafting pleadings, statements, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
*Representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution, with some advocacy desirable.
*Ensuring compliance with Money Laundering procedures and GDPR regulations.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
*Supporting the department in business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Training:
*NQ to 2 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
*Knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
*Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

*Ability to develop and manage an independent caseload effectively (with support).
*Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
*Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent negotiation skills and an engaging communication style.
*Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
*Ability to develop collaborative and long-lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and referrers.
