Marketing Manager *Location: Brighton, UK
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary up to £36k basic + the potential to earn up to 20% of salary in bonus

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in increasing the visibility, engagement, and reach of several summits within their global portfolio, ensuring future growth and market share.
Day-to-day of the role: *Research and produce engaging content for web, email newsletters, press, and social media, positioning our brand as industry experts.
*Adhere to brand guidelines while introducing fresh formats and ideas to present content created with our speakers, partners, and influencers.
*Engage senior-level stakeholders in community marketing of our conferences, exploring new channels to extend their reach and amplify event messages.
*Expand and maintain portfolio’s presence on social media platforms, focusing on LinkedIn.
*Lead paid digital campaigns, including LinkedIn and Google Ads/PPC, and track interactions with marketing partners.
*Secure marketing partnerships with industry associations, trade media, and investor bodies
*Build relationships with key media targets to enhance PR before, during, and after each event.
*Manage the design and print of conference materials, overseeing external agencies.
*Collaborate with internal teams to optimize data use, insights, and connections.
*Provide timely updates and reports on marketing activities.
*Attend and assist in running conferences, capturing testimonials and profiling audiences for future campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in event marketing, particularly within a B2B context.
*Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt campaigns as needed.
*Excellent copywriting skills across various content formats.
*Experience in public relations and building relationships with industry stakeholders.
*Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media for B2B marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
*Essential technical skills include website CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and email marketing systems (e.g., Pardot).
*Desirable skills include SEO, Google AdWords, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
*Experience managing external support teams and suppliers.
*Additional language skills are a plus.
