Job Description:
Sales Admin Support *Annual Salary: £23,000
*Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
*Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30)
Reed are representing a client who is seeking a proactive and engaged Sales Admin Support to provide essential administrative support to their Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. The successful candidate will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are maintained.
Day-to-day of the role: *Champion business initiatives and uphold company values of being ’rewarding’, ’reliable’, and ’respectful’.
*Manage site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers.
*Handle business-related speeding fines and ensure timely resolution.
*Manage stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
*Maintain up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books.
*Provide weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
*Lead office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit-ready.
*Answer phone calls, assist with queries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
*Provide support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous administrative experience preferred.
*Brilliant time management and organisational skills.
*Excellent administration skills and adaptability to work in different situations.
*Computer literacy and confidence using various software and technologies.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Resilience and attention to detail.
