Job Description:
Our client are a long established and successful Manchester business.
They are now looking for Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your key objective will be to help plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, predominetly across email and social channels, working closely with the Head of Ecommerce. You will also be involved with the implementation of new initiatives around email automation and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design, plan, coordinate and execute BAU email marketing campaigns, aligning with trading plans across other marketing channels and the website
*Proofread email creatives for clarity, grammar and spelling
*Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
*Help devise and implement a segmentation strategy which aims to selectively target different customers with the most relevant campaigns and promotions
*Introduce dynamic content, personalisation and other advanced features to optimise email campaigns
*Report on sales and other digital marketing metrics
*Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
*Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
*Work with in-house Ecommerce specialists to introduce automated email programs, based on previous interactions with the business
*Management of all B2B social media channels including LinkedIn and Instagram
*Monitoring and confidently responding to social media engagement as well as instigating interactions with other social media accounts to aid in our reach
*Implement and nurture online partnerships with influential & authoritative individuals, targeted customers and partnered buying groups.
Key Experience, Skills and Attributes:
*At least two year’s commercial experience in email marketing or other digitial marketing role
*Knowledge of industry-standard tools used in email marketing
*An eye for graphic design, plus basic design software experience
*Understanding of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
*Attention to detail
*Good written communication and copywriting skills
*An ability to prioritise well and work under tight deadlines
*Pro-active and able to drive results un-supervised as well demonstrating strong team work skills.
