Job Description:
Package: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE Year 1: £40K, Year 2: £65k, Year 3: £90K)
Looking for ambitious sales professionals to scale our clients award winning recruitment team.
If you enjoy the fast-paced, competitive environment that sales poses but keen on a new opportunity, recruitment could be for you.
Here you will earn commission on for every placement that you make. You will also be offered a clear and structured career development plan with support throughout your journey to get there.
The Company:
Our client operates within the niche energy trading market. Working with big names such as Aon and EDF - here you will be focused on providing their technology and business change support.
The business sits at 18 heads so a very much boutique family feel with strong ambitions to grow supported by a fantastic start to 2024. Here, they truly look after their own - your training will be very hands on from top performers within the business and you will develop in an environment where it is okay to fail. Because we learn from our mistakes. You will also have access to two online portals for continuous and ongoing support even past your initial training phase.
The Role:
- Headhunting senior figures using targeted search approach.
- Screening candidates over the phone.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Guiding and supporting them throughout the interview process.
- Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and using various databases and social media.
- Working towards daily KPIs, incentive related and promotional targets.
- Developing your own personal brand and becoming an expert in your market niche.

The Requirements:
You do not need any prior recruitment experience! However, the company are looking for ambitious individuals who have:
- 1 - 2 years B2B Sales experience
- OR Degree educated background (with commercial work experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great organisational skills
- A competitive nature
- Unrivalled work ethic
