Job Description:
A top finance firm are looking for a superstar EA, who is a switched-on team player to support a busy team in central London.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive diary management
Scheduling meetings across timezones
Document prep including presentations and meeting materials
Organising offsites and events, plus client entertainment
Maintenance and general upkeep of CRM system
Extensive travel booking with detailed itineraries
Expenses management
WHO YOU ARE
An experienced EA candidate, looking for a dynamic and fast paced work setting where you will provide support in a varied and ever-changing environment. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who would like to grow and develop within a fantastic company who really value and reward their staff.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in a support role, ideally within financial services or another fast-paced environment
Well-presented, proactive and personable
A strong team player
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure, with multiple priorities and to sometimes tight deadlines
Top notch communication skills
